To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說早幾日去左元氣食lunch，為左去抓緊最後機會試佢新出左一段時間既期間限定款式 (成日都等到最後先去試新嘢🤪).🧁芒果卷蛋拌雲呢拿雪米糍 $21落完order最先上既竟然係甜品😂😂😂第一啖食就聞到好香芒果味，卷蛋口感鬆軟，中間原來係芒果雪糕🥰至於雪米糍凍冰冰夠煙韌，冇咩特別。旁邊仲有兩粒冰凍草莓🍓，酸酸的，好開胃🤣.🦀紅鱈蟹卷 $22 壽司有牛油果同青瓜絲係入面，而面頭就有一座紅鱈蟹肉山😂再配以飛魚籽及沙律醬，口感好豐富又清新🤩.🍣汁燒翡翠螺 $19螺肉大舊厚肉又彈牙，淋上醬汁之後會再炙燒一下，好惹味😋一碟兩舊幾抵食😍🥑牛油果雞肉沙律 $14唔好睇以為就咁將舊牛油果同雞肉放埋一齊就冇特別😆雞肉嫩滑，重點係面頭既紫蘇同五穀醋啫喱，酸酸地既味道好得意，又唔係難食😉不過一碟得個一件🤔偏貴
