To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

比起從前的柴灣,現在都算開發了很多食物選擇都多了不少但若果午飯時間想在附近吃一頓壽司別要想什麼峰壽司,板長壽司,只因這兒只有一間元氣,算是獨市嗎? 冇法吧,不想走太多星期六午市沒有午市套餐那只好叫點壽司飛魚子壽司雖然魚子佈滿飯團但魚子沒有甘甜的魚香味,魚子一團團癡著,不是一粒粒,看似不太新鮮玉子壽司玉子是冷冰冰的黑胡椒燒蝦壽司頗特別,用上胡椒燒過後,蝦肉變得很香口,可一試蟹棒壽司蟹味不夠,像是吃好一般的蟹柳三文魚壽司不過不失吧,大路水準赤蝦這個不錯,蝦的肉身夠厚而且彈牙,可一試還有軟殼蟹手卷都比從前細了在柴灣元氣真的獨霸了,想吃好吃又同等價錢的..我想真的要多走幾步
