To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐無一個人去食壽司柴灣真係唔多選擇唯有入去元氣，當自己快閃一轉日本遊啦🔆玉子壽司一般，無咩特別🔆炸蝦軍艦炸蝦都夠脆口，不錯🔆蟹籽壽司蟹籽都唔小！🔆牛油果軟殼蝦手卷因為錯手落錯order，第一次試軟殼蝦，都幾特別，都脆口有蝦味！簡簡單單的一個午餐，都不錯啦😆

諗住黎同老公入黎食少少野醫下肚，點知元氣既質素差左咁多，炸軟殼蟹手卷同炸蝦卷壽司黎到完全唔熱系冰凍既，三文魚壽司啲三文魚仲差過爭鮮，真係好失望！叫佢重新整等左勁耐都唔黎，以後唔會再黎食

元氣算係中價壽司，我通常會去食下午茶因為真係好抵，大概60幾蚊就已經有壽司有蒸蛋同有熱嘅小食。環境方面佢基本上係格住左兩個兩個，幾有自己嘅空間，如果一個人嚟都唔怕尷尬。

喜出望外的午餐好耐已經無去 元氣壽司了，何解？因為香港食野真係太多選擇 😂，闊別一年再嚟元氣，水準依舊唔錯，尤其是佢哋嘅招牌名物 : 軟殼蟹手卷真係無得輸，上枱時蟹身仍有微温，放進咀裡嗰種香脆口感簡直一試難忘，實屬每次必點嘅食物，正 !當然咁耐無嚟，梗係要食多幾款啦，蜆湯烏冬，赤海蝦壽司，超巨帆立貝花之盛，螃蟹湯 ...... 款式太多未能盡錄，大滿足的一天。另外一提， 店員既服務態度幾好，好有禮貌服務亦好迅速，值得一讚。
