To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約返一個好耐冇見嘅朋友出黎食飯，佢話想懷緬下從前，於是就去荃灣廣場嘅元氣食🍽我以前都幾經常食元氣，因為佢嘅大滿足系列只$10件，想食好多款，但又唔食得多嘅我就啱曬啦~蟹肉蟹膏軍艦($10)有食過元氣嘅都知，佢地嘅軍艦係即叫即做，紫菜上到枱都仲脆嘅，加上蟹膏同蟹肉，帶點海洋味，好似食左成隻蟹咁，鍾意食蟹又懶得拆殼嘅人，真係必食之選！珍寶皇帝蟹柳($10)好滿足🥰蟹柳係壽司飯嘅兩倍，好有肉感，超滿足😋蒲燒鰻魚芝士卷($14)元氣嘅卷物，真係不得不提，Menu本來有隻芝士鰻魚卷，鍾意佢cream cheese嘅酸加鰻魚汁嘅濃，味道出奇地夾！今日瞻到有新嘅蒲燒鰻魚芝士卷，成塊鰻魚係面，鰻魚味再出d，不過價錢就貴左d🤭小姿女表示揀返芝士鰻魚卷抵d，$22有3件😝店員講先知，原來8/3係元氣嘅生日，只要呢日黎食野，就有個特別版朱古力芝士蛋糕送🥰朱古力味唔重，不過芝士味就好出，同本身menu隻芝士蛋糕一樣咁好食🥰最鍾意係冰櫃啱啱拎出嚟嗰啲，然後放喺度攤一陣，等佢軟身少少然後食😋係口裡面溶化嘅感覺真係超正☺️係愛丫！🤣 特別要讚一讚男經理因為我諗著食埋個蛋糕先走，廢事拎黎拎去，問佢拎隻叉嘅時候，直頭問我
