To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同屋企人嚟食飯，好多時都係揀就腳嘅，見唔使等位超級方便嘢食由高速線好快送到嚟，不過架新幹線列車個sensor好似壞壞地，拎咗食物都遲遲唔走玉子壽司同腐皮壽司正常發揮好期待佢期間限定嘅北海道珍寶帶子，係有鮮甜味，加檸檬感覺幾fresh，不過冇咩驚喜醬油拉麵好普通，味道唔濃炙燒帶子唔係好掂，首先舊壽司一嚟已經「跌倒」，其次燒得唔夠耐，基本上同刺身冇分別，只係表面多咗層有焦香嘅沙律醬芝士薯條都幾香，但份量好似少咗焗蠔幾正好香好滑，蠔味濃郁亦幾creamy赤貝好大塊，但係有雪藏味花之戀唔夠凍，可能已經擺咗一陣最後嘅肥牛更加係咬唔斷...not again
