To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很久很久沒吃過元氣了，因為好多時都會需要排長龍，難得遇到一間不用排隊的，友人提議入內回味一下。位置變得闊落，坐得都幾舒服，還記得以前既想坐迴轉座位又怕同旁邊陌生人手肘打架的時光。食物質素不錯，選擇都多價錢又平。炸物香脆可口；三文魚腩、油甘魚等甘香肥美；鰻魚啖啖油香；特別一點的有檯面上貼著的推介 -- “限時優惠，價值之選” -- 大赤貝，爽口鮮味。太久沒來，瘋狂掃吃，最後飽著肚子離開，不失為一個親民壽司之選。
