To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嗰次我哋放學啱啱好2:30就有下午茶，都知道好多人落單，所以叫完之後都等咗一段時間先到，因為下午茶真係特別抵！我叫個餐好似$78，詳細唔記得價錢，已經有六件壽司、一個烏冬、一個小食！佢嘅下午茶套餐離不開都係50至$100超級抵食！當然如果有啲數先唔想食都冇辦法，因為固定咗。記得我叫個套餐係有兩件燒三文魚，一件三文魚，同埋貝類，味道唔錯！ 應該仲有個烏冬我就同小朋友一人一半，值得一提嘅係個三粒炸蝦波，裏面熱辣辣，啲蝦好滑！呢個係最好味
