To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同女友行行下街, 知道要自己食dinner, 拉左女友陪我食個早一點的dinner, 大約6點左右去到, 可能呢個時候dinner黎計實在太早, 所以店內人不太多連迥轉帶上的壽司也不多不過唔緊要, 可以order的點了:三文魚腩壽司 - 食左3 碟, 幾新鮮中吞拿魚腩壽司- 入口融左，好好味 (本身女友唔多食吞拿魚,所以好少叫, 但今次叫啱左, 有加分XD)吞拿魚壽司- 平平無奇玉子壽司- 同上, nth special 辣味三文魚壽司- 幾辣下，辣到食唔到三文魚味.......赤貝壽司- 好爽口, 幾鮮甜, 雖然貴D, 但係食得過帶子壽司- 鮮甜! 女友仲留意到佢幾厚身, 果真足料___蝦壽司 (唔記得左係叫乜名, 一件$18 果隻啦) - 好甜，但係有少少黏口, 唔知係唔新鮮定係本身係咁小食有:玉子- 甜甜地, 熱哄哄, 好味碗蒸蛋 (無試)最後仲有一個軟殼蟹手卷 (作病, 所以無試)其實佢真係比元氣貴好多下,不過又真係畀我睇到有D野唔同喎, 嗯....同埋佢D wasabi係唔同D架wor, 唔似平時多數果D係成pat牙膏咁....所以好似會食到多D海鮮的味道嗯....下次要再到

不過唔緊要, 可以order的
點了:
三文魚腩壽司 - 食左3 碟, 幾新鮮
中吞拿魚腩壽司- 入口融左，好好味 (本身女友唔多食吞拿魚,所以好少叫, 但今次叫啱左, 有加分XD)
吞拿魚壽司- 平平無奇
玉子壽司- 同上, nth special
辣味三文魚壽司- 幾辣下，辣到食唔到三文魚味.......
赤貝壽司- 好爽口, 幾鮮甜, 雖然貴D, 但係食得過
帶子壽司- 鮮甜! 女友仲留意到佢幾厚身, 果真足料
