To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟到太古行街見有啲肚餓，朋友話不如食壽司，於是就嚟咗元氣，因為係星期六冇下午茶所以唯有散叫，雖然話係weekend但人流都唔算好多等咗一陣就可以入去先嚟一個 燉蛋，燉蛋好香好滑，入面有粉絲，蟹柳仲有塊嗚門卷香蔥吞拿魚一如以往，一放落口就啲魚香就散發出嚟好好食炸蝦天婦羅啱啱炸起，好大隻好香脆軟殼蟹手卷，個軟殼蟹好香脆但係塊紫菜淋嘅朋友叫嘅黑椒蠔厚燒玉子 熱辣辣，好軟熟好香蛋味甜蝦卷入面夾咗啲蟹柳同埋青瓜絲，連埋甜蝦一齊食好夾
