Restaurant: Genki Sushi (Olympian City 2)

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本人到奧海城分店堂食,明明我元氣尊尚會員,已經等候超過30分鐘,前面號碼191號無應,輪到我192號,職員話執埋枱入得,叫我等,點知前一個號碼191嚟返,職員話張枱要比返前一個號碼,職員解釋我未入去,所以要比返上一個。問題:明明叫左我號碼,之前嗰個無應機,過左先到應該係補飛,有咩理由我未入就唔算數,要比返前一個,我同職員理論,職員幫191解釋話191可能聽唔到叫飛,同埋佢話係公司政策,咁我覺得好唔公道,第一,191叫左飛無回應係佢自身責任,第二,職員叫飛192但又未入得要等候,係職員責任,192嘅我好守法等待,叫飛即時回應,點解變咗好似我有責任咁呢?第二點:入坐後熱水器近乎慢流,未達正水出水標準,我要用力花1分鐘以上才斟滿水,一般人要承受一分鐘燙著手斟水已經好不合理,我呼叫職員,職員話壞壞地,叫左師傅整,嘩,原來一早知道有問題,事前又唔出聲,又無一早比熱水壺,服務水平都有問題。最後,我會將奧海城分店列入黑名單,永不惠顧,並將今次不愉快經歷惠顧告訴親朋好友。最最後,當天係本人生日前夕,職員的服務令本人有一個深刻的生日前夕記憶。
