To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

元氣壽司，平民足料食得開心

今次去咗元氣壽司，揀了一生一熟嘅綜合盛合，每款壽司都係咁靚咁吸引！話說返，燒帶子簡直係太正喇👌🏻，外面微微焦香，入口嘅時候熱卜卜，仲有種淡淡嘅甜，真係無話可說！炸蝦就真係啱食啦，唔會過分油膩，一啖一啖嘅食住，感覺好滿足。仲有架，唔得唔提我最鍾意嘅，燒三文魚同燒大蝦，呢啲食左真係會上癮，滿滿嘅海鮮新鮮味，食咗之後成個人都心滿意足。而且呢，即使係加了點等待嘅時間，食物嘅質素都絲毫無減，實行係送到上門嘅時候都仲keep得好好，凍到熱到都咁彈牙，勁讚👍！總結返，我一定會再黎。不單只係因為味道好，仲有隻因素係service好正！大家有機會一定要試吓，肯定唔會失望！🍣🎉
