To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日經過沙田想食下壽司，就去左禾輋分店到食，同沙田廣場果間鋪頭唔同，外面排隊人數唔多，等左幾分鐘左右就入左去。同平時一樣點左三文魚刺身，壽司方面比較好味既有牛肋骨，芥辣八爪魚同熟蝦，值得推介牛肋骨同熟蝦壽司好啱一d唔太鐘意食生野而又想食壽司既朋友而且面頭用火槍燒過，食落口既味道又多左一層變化至於芥辣八爪魚，成舊放入口食芥辣味相當刺激，一試就愛上。不過雞翼就真心難食，上碟果陣已經唔熱，入面仲要無味，好似未醃過咁。
