To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想起慈雲山元氣壽司嘅炙燒黑椒三文魚壽司，就梗係入去叫黎食下。上面啲醬好夾件炙燒黑椒三文魚！大家入去元氣必定要試下！兩件都係14蚊，抵！辣味三文魚、芥辣三文魚都係正常嘅好食。全部都係三文魚，好滿足！整多碗竹輪卷湯烏冬，22蚊，湯底同蒜味牛油蜆湯烏冬差唔多，只係少左牛油味。正正係無左牛油落去煮，無咁油，無咁肥，咁無邪惡，怕肥嘅朋友可以清清地叫竹輪卷湯烏冬就好了。最後整件Cheese Cake收尾，完美收場。有時元氣會雪到件蛋糕好硬，變左成件雪糕咁，要等佢一陣或者大大力先砍得開件蛋糕。希望只係個雪櫃太凍，而唔係擺得太耐啦
