To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日 下雨天,午飯想食壽司,所以去附近的元氣~~之前做了會員,有優惠卷可以用~~食夠五碟壽司就可以半價點一客刺身。可能因為落雨,無人排隊,去到就有位。見到新餐牌有夏日推介,有6,7款新野。我地咁為食,當然要試下啦~軍艦三味 ($20): 三款材料分別係 白飯魚,櫻花蝦和沙甸魚苗,其實都食唔出有咩分別。白魚食到個口好漿~不過三樣味道都唔突出。炙燒牡蠣壽司 ($16): 牡蠣即係蠔,唔知點解要加沙律醬...搶晒d味針魚壽司 ($16): 魚肉都係無味,只食到薑的味。燒堅魚壽司 ($16): 無咩特別。試完新野,食返大路食物炙燒帆立貝壽司 ($9): 食到有燒過的味,不過又有沙律醬。三文魚刺身 ($35): 得4小塊,尚算厚身,只有淡淡的三文魚味。炸蝦天婦羅烏冬 ($35): 3隻炸蝦,粉漿唔算好厚,味道ok,烏冬很細碗。最後埋單發生小插曲,收銀員將刺身碟入左藍色碟,收多左我地錢。於是就叫佢地改返啦,點知第二個職員幫我改左,但係佢又錯誤地無扣加一,因為我有元氣卡,不過我發現時已經回家了。錯完又錯...元氣職員真係要多d培訓啦....
