To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次嚟到元氣，係種充滿驚喜嘅食物之旅🍣🍤。起頭，酥炸魷魚鬚誠意滿滿，外皮鬆脆得嚟又唔油膩，入口即化，好有嚼勁！紅雪蟹忌廉餅亦都係出色，蟹肉唔止鮮，個忌廉餅內外都溫暖咁包裹住蟹肉既甜味🦀。海膽花卷真係閃爍住，一啖落去，個海膽香濃，富含海味，仲要花卷皮腍滑，真係食到我心滿意足。當晚嘅高光時刻，莫過於鮮甜無比嘅壽司🍣，每件壽司都保證足料，食落去真係開心到塞爆心口！呢度服務亦都算係妥當，雖然要排少少隊，但轉眼間就食到，感覺幾好。最正係佢哋嘅選擇多到令人眼花撩亂，食到我同老婆都啖啖笑口。元氣，你下次又可以指望我嚟增添氣氛添！🍱
