To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日下晝去咗太子元氣壽司食lunch，由於我朋友要遲九個字先得閒，而當時舖入面冇乜人，我就去問下waitress建議我幾點返嚟排隊攞飛。waitress好好人，佢同我講冇限食幾耐，叫我可以入去坐住飲杯茶先，咁我就提早入去坐低左，同睇吓餐牌。用Apps叫壽司係幾方便，不過唔明點解要限住每次落單只可以落8件，唔可以一次過叫哂，不過唔緊要啦，好食就得！今次同平時一樣都有叫蝦，帶子，仲叫咗海膽、蟹膏蟹肉軍艦、蝦膏蝦肉軍艦，全部都好好食。見佢新出左推介芝士吞拿魚春卷，就叫嚟試吓，佢春轉左個皮真係好薄，加埋芝士同吞拿魚，真係好有驚喜，值得一試！
