To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時一到星期日就會同屋企人去酒樓飲茶，但今日見元氣有新搞作，出左火車傳菜，幾新穎，所以走去試下。去到吾使等就有位，一坐低，個侍應就同我地講用ipad 點菜... 點完菜就由火車送出。火車分左3條軌道，但每次只限送一次，吾可以同時出幾架車，每次拎完碟野食，就要快啲禁制送返架車反去，如果吾係就會'嗶嗶'聲。用火車出野食，略嫌有啲慢...整體啲野食幾好食，但啲壽司既飯有啲松，握得吾夠實...食壽司必叫-三文魚：好好食，連續叫左4、5碟，好甜、好新鮮、長腳蟹壽司：有啲凍凍地，如果夾埋沙律醬，就無得頂！帶子群邊：有少少辣，但總算香口，如果再辣啲就更好。好中意食呢碟😍呢隻蟹柳就吾好食了... 呢碟啲蟹子吾夠多，但幾好食。蛋壽司：幾甜。又大塊，好味湯烏冬：湯清甜，啲烏冬煮得幾軟，炸八爪魚：份量比較少，炸得有少少燶味，但好食，再encore , 呢個薯條無乜特別.. 純粹啲芝士吾夠軟，熱力吾夠，做吾到一拉出黎就一絲絲既效果。4個大人加1個小朋友，食左$325。飽飽，😋
