To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

附近餐廳無咩位又多人就打算幫襯元氣啦! 而且食物質素都好好今日食左唔多野主要係想過下口癮食壽司!叫左:三文魚，赤貝，赤蝦，蟹膏蟹肉及拉麵等等三文魚: 唔薄身，味鮮甜唔會好多筋好韌我覺得十分之好赤貝: 個人最中意的item, 味道真係好好! 佢係爽口既脆而且有少少甜味睇得出用料絕對不差，我最中意食赤蝦: 啖啖食，赤蝦一般都係無咩味但佢勝在大隻新鮮少少蝦味都好夠蟹膏蟹肉: 膏唔腥，好濃味最緊要係紫菜都係脆既, 好落好juicy!!拉麵叫左味噌味但份量不多沒太夠喉就食哂PS. 味道好好食! 會再幫襯的!

三文魚: 唔薄身，味鮮甜唔會好多筋好韌我覺得十分之好
赤貝: 個人最中意的item, 味道真係好好! 佢係爽口既脆而且有少少甜味睇得出用料絕對不差，我最中意食
