To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前排好興食壽司郎，所以有一排冇食到元氣壽司，但係會員就快到期，所以為左續會就食返一次Genki Sushi。一黎到見到佢有款吞拿魚壽司做緊優惠，只係$12就有2件，如圖中所見，呢款吞拿魚壽司既級數唔係紅卜卜果款，肉質又唔會話好多榨，非常好味。仲有不得不讚元氣壽司既茶碗蒸，因為對比其他對手既茶碗蒸佢係足夠好多，蝦又大大隻。仲有都叫左好多唔同既壽司，三文魚，軟殼蟹，飛魚籽等等。前菜都有叫螺肉，非常好味。
