To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2-18-2008來這裡午餐,要特別講講($20),今期的冬日新登場。份量真的少,說的是飯,而不是蟹肉,相反蟹肉和魚子都幾足料,雖則不能填肚,但還好吧可以多點其他壽司。是次2個人總共14碟,另一想介紹就是首次試的彩虹卷,當然真正賣相跟想像的有分別不過三文魚加吞拿魚生一起併放於壽司飯面,都幾不錯。至於其他的辣味三文魚,牛油果軟殼蟹,都Keep住一貫水準。其實只要質素有一定保証就可以了,不用排隊,不用等位,不用迫狹的坐迥轉桌,食得舒服就可以了。下次時間更充裕才慢慢到另外些壽司店等位吧。
