To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次經過元氣壽司都好多人排隊， 前幾日壽司引發作🍣， 專程提早五點幾揸車到荷里活廣場食元氣壽司， 終於有機會唔使排隊入到去啦！ 雖然元氣壽司已經好多年， 但係唔知點解間唔中都會掛住佢。 最鍾意佢哋嘅高速列車🚅，點餐又方便，上菜速度非常快， 當晚食咗以下咁多款壽司： 北寄貝壽司$17， 魷魚壽司$14，油甘魚壽司$20，帆立貝壽司$34，芥末榮螺軍艦$14，芥辣八爪魚軍艦$14，珍寶皇帝蟹棒壽司$20， 赤海蝦壽司$20，加州小卷$22，海膽墨魚軍艦$17，脆蒜長鰭吞拿魚壽司$20， 柚子醬油吞拿魚壽司$19。 之後叫返個拉麵暖肚～北海道蝦味噌拉麵$32， 仲有小食大阪章魚燒$26。壽司方面我鍾意非常甜美的帆立貝壽司， 啖啖肉的珍寶皇帝蟹棒壽司， 鮮甜的海膽墨魚軍艦， 惹味的芥辣八爪魚軍艦， 仲有新款口味的柚子醬油吞拿魚壽司， 味道清新帶有柚子香。北海道蝦味噌拉麵細細碗， 食壽司之外叫番碗拉麵暖下肚都幾好嘅！大阪章魚燒， 估唔到又做得幾好喎，章魚燒入面有兩粒八爪魚粒，煙煙靭靭，好味！間中食下元氣都幾開心，好似搵返童年回憶咁！😋🍣
