To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ⚫️鰈魚~本身係淡口啲嘅魚但師傅加左粒燒過嘅魚邊平衡返👍🏻

⚫️池魚~肉質稔,魚味濃

⚫️秋刀~趕到尾班車食秋刀水尾,下年再見👋

⚫️甜蝦~黏口,最正係上面用蝦殼煮成嘅精華,簡直畫龍點晴🤩超濃郁

⚫️赤身~用醬油漬過,肉質滑身啲,喜歡加左七色芝麻更有層次

⚫️大拖羅~油脂重但師傅巧妙地加左岩鹽同檸檬汁,可以減油膩而且有清爽感覺

⚫️腦天~吞拿魚天靈蓋,珍貴部位,有魚香亦都有豐富油香,仲要燒過就更明顯,肉質嫩滑,好鐘意

⚫️炙燒右口魚~醬油漬過嘅右口魚,師傅再燒過再加埋京蔥,油脂香濃,滿口罪惡但好值得🤤

再來雲丹盛,呢個真係無得輸🤩🤩不論係用料定係外型,都好得♥️加左食用花好靚,唔捨得食左佢。師傅用左倖榮水產馬糞海膽,質素有品證,鮮甜肥美!再加埋有醃漬過嘅三文魚籽,味道帶甜。

食完以上嘅野已經好滿足,用柚子啫喱作結尾亦都非常完美,食完咁多魚再用小清新解油脂就是細心。面頭仲特意用柚皮磨粉,更有層次同突出味道。

另外要介紹下杯自家制梅酒,甜度剛好,唔會死甜,雖然係加左冰但唔會越飲越淡,最後食埋粒梅,梅肉爽脆,充值香氣同酒精,聽講仲係老闆獨門秘方😂
