石門發展得好快 越嚟越越多餐廳進駐今次就試下呢睇落幾骨子嘅兄弟工房喺石門站行過嚟5分鐘都唔駛 好方便餐廳雖然唔大 入面只有6張4人枱不過空間感又幾好 一啲都唔逼仲幾舒服添晚餐有單點有餐 任君選擇最後嗌咗二人餐 同朋友慢慢食慢慢傾✨南瓜湯&沙律沙律以黑醋為汁 酸酸地幾開胃而南瓜湯就屬於正常水平✨燒魷魚筒配墨汁意粉賣相好靚 大概有7-8件魷魚筒意粉每一條都沾滿墨汁 但又唔會有太濃太假嘅墨汁味係屬於清淡啲嘅墨汁意粉 唔會太膩✨肉眼扒除咗塊扒大之外 仲有好多配菜添筆者塊扒係5成熟 亦都煮得啱啱好雖然唔算厚切 不過肉味濃郁 呢個價錢嚟講無得彈啦✨香橙紅茶是日冰茶係香橙紅茶無加橙味嘅糖醬 只係靠新鮮嘅橙嚟帶出淡淡嘅橙香清清地 飲落好舒服✨芝士薯條配黑松露沙律醬 $65份量唔少 好驚喜嘅啲芝士係焗過嘅而唔係加芝士醬不過有少少失色嘅係焗到有啲乾😛整體嚟講 兄弟工房係一間嘅幾抵食幾用心嘅小店推薦大家去開石門嘅可以試下
