To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鐘意四圍食o既我 ~ 終於肯的起心肝開始寫食評就由北京樓開始啦 ~由於朋友仔生日又想食中菜 ~ 所以就揀o左北京樓 ~而經過搜尋後知道金鐘分店o既裝修係最grand ~ 環境裝修果然唔錯 ~ 一坐底侍應就問我地有無興趣食北京填鴨 ~ 因為咁岩有另一枱兩位客人都想食 係既話就可以大家share 一隻 ~ 原本以為我地得兩個人就無緣叫北京填鴨 ~ 原來可以share 我地當然無問題啦 ~ 皮連肉一齊切 ~ 切得比較薄身 ~ 如果可以切厚少少 ~ 同埋皮肉比例 皮多番D 會好D ~肉質有少少鞋 ~ 不過都可接受兩個女仔胃容納不了大多東西 ~ 所以另外點o左 .......雞絲粉皮 ~ 用黎撈果碟醬唔得 ~ 得個辣字 ~ 完全唔夠花生味 ~煎鍋貼 ~底部煎得夠香脆 ~ 咬開都有肉汁~ 不過未到會漏出黎既地步 始終仲有好多食物未嘗試得到 ~ 但睇在環境份上有人請我唔介意再黎食過不過如果自己比錢就比較唔抵食 ~ 唔使呢個價錢味道又比佢好 ~ 還是有的 ~ ^^
