To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 金鐘的北京樓裝修之後重開，一天踫巧一訪午膳。北京填鴨是我們的必點例牌菜，半隻都有很多片皮肉。然而鴨皮不夠香，鴨肉亦較乾，風味不及以前。再加上用來包著鴨片的餅皮不夠熱，稍為遜色。鍋貼屬正常發揮，煎得脆底，肉餡雖然未至爆汁，倒仍不失有汁。而因為鍋貼本身經已調味恰當，旁邊的酸醋未能帶出鮮香的作用，屬可有可無之物。糖醋桂魚就出色得多，即時跑出。桂魚炸得外皮極之香脆，魚肉竟然還可保持嫩滑，一脆一嫩，我們大愛！糖醋汁酸甜平衡得甚佳，惹味程度爆燈！友人每次見到即時雙眼發光的嫩雞煨麵，上桌時根本就只見到一碗混成一堆的東西。雞湯好像烯了些，不夠濃稠，雞塊又炒又細，麵條更似是煮過頭。一個華麗轉身之後，似乎需要點時間才可以復元。

我見到D食評，好多人都話服務態度差。但係又入門口至食完，我覺得其實都唔錯喎！相當有禮貌☺️喺無訂位情況下，我不太喜歡第一張枱，佢仲可以比另一個較好的位置我👍🏻至於食物亦很滿意呀！醉鷄-味道帶酒香且嫩滑另一個忘記名字（類似叉燒酥餅）-播放由第一啖至尾，都好熱、好熱😅好好味👍🏻回鍋肉-味道出色，略嫌蔬菜太少蝦球蒸蛋白-蝦球爽脆👍🏻但蛋白不夠滑嫩雞煨麵-好味😋總括嚟講真係唔錯👍🏻👍🏻

1.套餐超不划算 套餐內的食材都很普通 由湯至到飯後甜品 都是極其敷衍的菜品 但是一旁的男店員會一直推薦套餐 不停在旁邊催促 無形施加壓力給客人 非常差的擁抱體驗2.看到很多光顧過的網友都說上菜慢 確實慢3.餐前涼菜沒人提醒需要收費 亦都沒有人詢問是否需要 買單的時候才知道4.總而言之 出品差 服務差 不知道其他分店怎麼樣 也不知道美心集團是否對旗下餐廳做過考核 如果有的話為什麼網絡上這麽多差評有關部門也不反思道歉 京菜有很多另外的選擇 希望大家謹慎光顧沒有必要一定要來太古廣場這家 真的讓人非常失望

總體嚟講野食味道不錯，最大問題係服務員人員人手是很缺乏，很多時候機器人把菜送到了，在門口放左超過5分鐘都沒人上菜。落單服務員像sales 一樣，落單時候不斷不斷勸說菜不夠食，好多菜都要叫兩份或一點五份，要多點唔係就唔夠食，最後一大堆食物全部都吃不完，8個人起碼點了12人量雲吞雞一份已經夠8個人，千期唔好聽服務員講點2份。片皮鴨好好味，個皮好香非常值得一試。其他菜式都係茶樓水平，無乜特別差無乜特別唔好。

每逢母親節、父親節，我哋一家都好鍾意嚟金鐘嘅北京樓食佢哋最出名嘅北京填鴨。所以，今年都不例外。我哋一台六人，但每次都鍾意叫佢哋嘅三人餐再另加嘢食。前菜：醉雞，酒味剛剛好唔會蓋過雞味 沙律香芒蝦球係我爸爸嘅至愛，香香甜甜嘅芒果配炸蝦球，冇得頂蟲草花鮑魚螺頭湯，湯料十足，味道豐富，齒頰留香主菜：嚟北京樓就梗係要叫佢哋嘅王牌北京填鴨。填鴨嘅皮入口即溶，好味得過分。腐竹雞毛菜，略嫌太鹹。甜品：合桃露，唔會太甜，不錯不錯。餐以外我哋有叫燒黃花魚、炒飯、兩大鍋嫩雞煨麵。燒黃花魚就太乾。如題目，食材就非常好，但服務每一次都覺得佢哋啲侍應好似做又卅六唔做又卅六嘅態度。亦都非常之冇禮貌。
