「彌敦左岸」呢間餐廳好耐之前已經聽過,一直都想試吓一路聽住live band,一路食嘢,感覺應該會十分chill☺️ 直至去到前排終於有機會試到呢間餐廳,雖然暫時冇咗live band,但係變咗播歌同播奧運,同樣都咁有氣氛!而且嘢食質素仲要幾唔錯添😋一向麻麻哋食青口嘅我,去到餐廳淨係會嗌白酒煮青口嚟食,因為貪佢加咗酒可以去咗陣腥味🙈 而呢度嘅藍青口亦都無嗌錯,青口經過白酒忌廉汁煮過後,唔腥不特止,仲食到佢嘅小小鮮甜味😌 份量仲唔少添!不得不讚佢個汁真係好好味,用嚟點蒜蓉多士一流👍🏻本身都已經鍾意食卡邦尼意粉,見到佢係配自家製手工意粉就即刻嗌咗嚟食😍 仲加咗錢要黑松露菌(+$80),上到嚟聞到好香嘅松露同芝士味!呢個意粉嘅醬汁比較杰身,所以一定要趁熱食,如果唔係啲意粉會痴埋一舊🙈 手工意粉口感啱啱好,每啖意粉都好掛汁,而松露味都幾出下,幾推薦鍾意食carbonara又鍾意食黑松露嘅朋友仔!至於黑毛豬肋骨佢有兩個size可以選擇,由於我哋兩個人食,所以我哋嗌左最細「Bite 」呢個份量,但個份量一啲都唔細,足夠三個人食都得😛 個rib佢燒得啱啱好,配合埋一層酸酸甜甜嘅燒烤醬調味,令佢食落唔會

總括而言,呢間餐廳嘅食物質素都有返咁上下,而環境都幾唔錯,佢昏暗嘅環境好另有一番浪漫同幽靜嘅感覺,都真係幾chill,如果有埋live band就更正😳 呢間餐廳會係我放工後happy hour 一個唔錯嘅選擇!
