位於中環嘅La Parrilla Steakhouse , 已經唔係第一次去啦,今日收工同好朋友食生日飯好好慶祝一番!今日我哋反常,唔食扒,改食海鮮,好彩keep到水準冇令我哋失望!主廚當日選湯今日嘅湯係紅蘿蔔忌廉湯呢個carrot Veloute 相對清新健康,口感非常creamy!新鮮烤虎蝦虎蝦經過燒烤後,外殼呈現金黃色澤,充滿了誘人的烤燒香氣。虎蝦肉質的鮮嫩彈牙,帶著濃郁的海鮮甜味。香煎比目魚比目魚柳肉質爽滑,魚皮煎香後變得惹味,超簡單又色彩鮮艷嘅晚餐菜!Side dish叫咗potato gratin 同creamed spinach 法式千層焗薯將切成薄片的薯仔層層疊入,然後加入牛奶或鮮忌廉,口感豐富之餘又飽肚!奶油菠菜奶油香氣濃厚,菠菜好淋入哂味!餐廳真係安排得好好,雖然我係好倉猝之下先叫餐廳幫手寫生日碟,但都寫得好靚,仲有員工一齊唱生日歌☺️小小生日蛋糕,我叫咗Burnt Cheese cake 焦香的外層加上綿密幼滑口感的蛋糕, 好滑好soft!朋友都好開心,咁我就開心啦!
