老婆想食甜品,就去了荃灣廣場的La Postre,以西班牙菜為主,而且又有多款甜品。甜酸香橙雞胸沙律:沙律菜爽脆,配上橙肉,酸味刺激味蕾,加上雞胸肉嫩腍,十分開胃健康。西班牙海鮮炒飯:飯面舖滿了海鮮,包括原隻大蝦、青口及蜆,海鮮的味道全部滲入了飯內,炒飯加了些三色椒及蝦皮,令炒飯的鮮味提升,飯粒爽口,焗完後亦保留了濕潤,非常好味。紅酒無花果芝士蛋糕:無花果入口帶酒甜香,煮至入口溶化,無花果吸收了紅酒香味,加上本身果甜二合為一,配上芝士蛋糕正好減輕飽膩感,旁邊的芝士雪糕味道濃郁幼滑。Sangria & 鮮雜果Mojito:兩者都以新鮮生果配搭,前者是西班牙國酒,以紅酒作料,後者則加了梳打水,兩者都比較清新。
