To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金百利中心嘅餐廳出名抵食！見到呢間嘅ᴍᴇɴᴜ，款式多，價錢十分優惠本身諗住咁抵，抱住試下嘅心態咋！點知好有驚喜「馬刀貝刺身」未食先嚟個視覺享受利用左乾冰做出霧化，營造出仙境效果‼️呢隻馬刀貝好大隻，師傅刀功切得厚薄適中，每塊都有一定嘅厚度，重點係夠爽又鮮甜❤️真係吸睛又好食「三文魚三味」三件都係三文魚腩夠哂肥美滑口火炙口味最正，魚油香更豐富～～「青龍」$5️⃣0️⃣就有海膽卷物，都唔抱過分期望，點知海膽完全無苦澀味，口感非常滑溜鮮甜❤️中間嘅炸蝦仲保留到脆度，成件事好滿足「牛油果軟殼蟹沙律」「清酒煮蜆」蜆肉脹卜卜㗎清酒味都幾濃，好真材實料「廣島蠔釜飯」🦪反而呢個釜飯就平平～～蠔比較細隻，而且淨係得2粒🫢不過欣賞嘅係，呢個釜飯係有飯焦
