好一排冇食車仔麵,同媽咪嚟食lunch之前食過銅鑼灣嗰間,見佢新開咗呢間分店同樣用「懷舊公屋」做主題🇭🇰一入去已經好有feel,播住懷舊金曲餸菜選擇算多,比較多牛同內臟麵款係傳統香港粗麵、油麵、米線等▶️ 五餸車仔麵 ($67)滷水孖筋 (+$3)四大條,條條都好紮實有咬口😋係我鍾意嘅牛筋啊好好食!一磚磚香辣豬紅,佔咗八份一碗麵,入口滑捋捋咬落似啫喱啲辣油浸滿成碗湯🥵都幾辣糖心滷水蛋正!蛋黃晶瑩剔透黏口🥚仲好入味,似足日本拉麵嗰啲金菇菜就比較一般清湯蘿蔔三大件,算清甜粗麵入口爽彈有咬口🍜扁身又掛湯湯底係滷水湯,濃郁唔油膩不過比辣油蓋過咗味道,略嫌重口味咗啲🤏🏻鍾意有大量芫荽同蔥調味▶️ 四餸車仔麵 ($60)媽媽的選擇👩🏻招牌濃汁貢丸、有記魚肉春卷、車仔檔沙魚蛋、糖心滷水蛋加秘製辣醬🌶️都係配粗麵▶️ 古法焗梅頭叉燒必試叉燒🔥用古法焗令外層特別焦脆香口冇特別落醬油,主要係蜜糖甜味叉燒肉半肥瘦🐷咬落充滿油脂唔乾柴食得出同燒味舖或茶餐廳分別▶️ 蠔油時菜 ($20)生菜味道清清地🥬配少少蠔油已經OK出街食都可以有足夠纖維▶️ 熱咖啡 ($15)原先想要齋啡,但呢度冇😅雖然用粉沖,都幾香咖啡味仲飲到啲焦

服務仲好好🥹有人情味
媽咪遲咗黎,碗麵凍咗,經理即刻話幫媽咪換過碗熱辣辣嘅
性價比高,每人唔使$100,有嘢飲有小食同超大碗車仔麵,好滿足😌
隔籬枱叫嘅「香煎肉餅脆蛋飯」同「蒜油生炸雞髀糖心蛋飯」大碗又靚仔😍
絕對係銅鑼灣打工仔飯堂,難怪午市爆棚排隊等位
