To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

無心插柳柳成陰，本來想去南里嘅一間小店，點知三顧草廬都食唔到，表妹見我咁慘馬上推薦左依間佢以前成日嚟嘅老飯堂，平時鐘情雜扒飯嘅我一眼就望到佢嘅大人氣菜膽雲吞排骨麵，碗麵未到我已經感覺到陣陣暖意，老闆對每位客人都好有禮貌，會向客人微笑點頭問好，其實就憑依點，佢嘅食物就算差少少都足以令我返轉頭，點知。。。。。。排骨醃得好入味而且保留到豬肉本身嘅香味，炸皮夠薄夠脆又唔會太厚(就算溫度差少少都唔會覺得失色)，三粒肥大嘅菜肉餃饀料好鮮甜，菜膽嫩！甜！同碗湯一樣，我好少食中式麵會追湯飲，份量十分飽足，真係相逢恨晚，我一定會再幫襯
