To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

充滿人情味的食店

我家住香港島，鍾意開車周圍搵好野食，最好門口有得泊車。前晚一家五口去到土瓜灣浙江街，上Open Rice睇下有咩好食，見到隔離街安徽街有間叫喜滿樓既菜館，菜式相片睇落幾吸引，所以便泊在安徽街門口，入口試下是真是流。當晚經老板介紹點了炸子雞、蜜椒薯角牛柳粒、喜滿小妙王、蒜蓉粉絲蒸開邊蝦、珍寶蟹。樣樣都美味，鑊氣十足。原來呢度可以自來海鮮加工，更可自帶酒水，最值一提是這裡服務一流，店員充滿笑容，難怪咁多公公婆婆來買外買飯盒，充滿人情味的食店!
