第一次到這店用餐,店主對食品很有要求,邊吃店主一邊介紹,很有人情味,餐廳主要台式菜式。我們先點了一個冰鎮墨魚鬚,在夏天享用真是一流,讓整個燥燥動動的心情平靜下來。餐廳主打吃大頭蝦,大頭蝦味道十分一流,也很新鮮,店內有魚缸養著蝦,所以即點即煮,與一般冰鮮的是不能比較的,而且店主研究了很多方法烹調大頭蝦,我們點了檸檬辣蝦,餐廳細心到連蝦腸也挑了,令食客食得很安心,夏天享用檸檬辣蝦也是一個十分好的選擇,令整個人也清新起來。另外也很喜歡餐廳的火焰雪山焗鮮魚,店主介紹是選用加洲鱸魚,味道鮮甜,肉質很滑,上枱是還會現場即點火焰,影相打咭也十分一流。台灣䓤肉餡餅更要一試,是我吃過最好味的䓤肉餡餅,咬下肉汁鮮美,連我一向不太喜歡䓤的都很愛吃。飲品方面,我們點了薄荷菠蘿梳打和士多啤梨梳打。我比較喜歡士多啤梨梳打,它有少量酒精,但不太重量,所以冰冰涼涼的,夏天吃一口已十分舒服。這店一定會再到,哪人情味和食物質素真的令人難忘。
