To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

充滿南洋風味

同好友去上環拜完神，正值下午時間好肚餓，於是行落下幾條街搵嘢食，見到尼間裝修得好有香港懷舊格調，就入去試試打開餐牌，很多不同種類的南洋食品，樣樣都想試最後決定點了冬陰公牛柳粒金邊粉，喝一口冬陰功湯，微酸但不太辣，很開胃，金邊粉軟硬適中，掛上冬陰公的湯就更加惹味，牛柳粒跟切片紅羅白，豆角，洋蔥，紅椒和豆卜一起炒、食落更豐富再加牛油雞翼，雞翼外層炸得酥脆，面頭灑上炸過的蒜頭，十分香口，只可惜加追了二隻，實在唔夠喉，下次再食過很喜歡吃咖吔，咖吔多士經常吃，今次試吓咖吔西多，西多煎得外層金黃微脆，入口先感受到蛋香，繼而是牛油的香味、最後是清幽的咖吔味，整個配搭非常夾店員放下南洋奶茶跟我們說要等十分鐘，那麼茶味就更濃郁，茶香加上煉奶的香滑，美味
