去完紅香爐峰,夜晚黎跑台山呢間小店食台灣菜。我地唔夠七點黎到都已經有人排隊,走時條人龍長左好多,好彩早食咋。紅燒牛肉麵,牛肉係牛腱,夠腍唔會太薄,好味。台灣擔仔米粉有一隻蝦,一粒貢丸,半隻蛋同肉燥,比我想像中大碗,米粉似粉絲,幾惹味。流沙芋丸咬開係芋泥包住奶黄流心,好正。熱辣辣新鮮炸起,就算凍左都依然有流心。肉鬆起司蛋餅配有辣椒醬,蛋餅皮好食,加埋大量肉鬆同起司,好香口。蚵仔煎煙煙韌韌,蚵仔配埋生菜絲食夠爽脆,唔錯。冬瓜檸檬揀左少糖,甜度岩岩好。兩者好夾,冬瓜清甜,檸檬解暑,二合為一堅好飲。
