To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自己叫咗一個定食🍱夠晒豐富
中間有漬物,應該係醃青瓜,味道好酸
然後有一堆椰菜,落足油去炒,幾有鑊氣🥬
飯嘅份量可以分到兩滿碗🍚用上珍珠米,口感幾好,仲落咗照燒汁
燒三文魚扒有驚喜😍燒得啱啱好唔會過熟,肉質鮮嫩,保持到三文魚油香味🐟仲要完全冇骨!
都有落照燒醬、青蔥、芝麻粒,醬料唔會蓋過三文魚鮮味
最後仲有搣好咗嘅半個橙,又甜又多汁🍊

份量望落好多,不過其實主要係雜菜
雜菜包括椰菜、芽菜、紅蘿蔔絲、洋蔥
烏冬炒得太濕,令烏冬欠缺嚼口,有啲一pat pat嘅感覺🤥
勝在炒得唔油膩,調味充足又唔過鹹,雞肉份量多

細個食最開心就係抽到自己鍾意嘅味道😆 (芋頭/綠茶/黑芝麻/荔枝都好食)

卷物好出色👍🏻絕對值得叫多幾款試,香港本身唔多日本餐廳做到咁多花款,仲要好食
燒三文魚都好味,燒餅同炒烏冬就差咗啲
今次因為多人,訂咗枱,俾咗間獨立tatami房我哋,好和風feel,坐得舒服又有私人空間~

服務唔錯,有服務鐘可以撳去叫人,唔驚冇人理你
上菜速度快,叫咁多嘢都冇上錯或上漏
性價比高,全部大大份,預咗分享,我哋七個人叫以上食物,平均$200/人,好抵食
唔明白點解openrice咁多劣評😢雖然未必比得上舊時好食,但個人覺得唔錯,幾值得食!
希望佢會繼續做到落去啦!
