To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間印度餐廳，係五洲大廈非常唔當眼嘅位置，有次行錯左仲以為佢執左添，呢間嘢係我中學果陣已經係度㗎啦，都幾受同學仔歡迎㗎，貪佢個lunch set咩都有好抵嘛，適逢同中同gathering, 梗係要搵返啲充滿回憶既地方啦~呢度嘅dinner set我好少食(中學雞要返屋企食飯嘛)，其水準好過lunch幾多下，我地三個女仔胃口唔大，於是揀左個二人餐食住先首先黎左紅湯，少少辛辣都幾好飲(lunch個湯就太淡味)，另外仲有咖喱薯角同一碟類似薯片嘅開胃小菜，咖喱薯角正正常常都幾好食，薯片脆脆地其實無乜味，大家記住要問佢拎醬啊根住黎左碟燒雞，以鐵板上菜，熱辣辣咁好過癮，香料好香，啲雞好入味之餘，入面仍然好juicy，又唔會燒得太乾，連配菜都燒得好好食，精彩啊，好想食多一碟唔知係咪燒雞太好食，之後嗰兩個主菜咖哩我地無咁震撼，不過個羊肉咖哩同菠菜芝士都好好食，啲汁送個naan都好好味，佢個naan個口感都做得相當唔錯可能平日黎食無乜人，我地三個好盡情地吹左成晚水，埋單都唔使一百一個人，真係抵到爛呀
