To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前經常去沙嗲王食白咖喱豬扒飯，特別有童年的回憶。今次見到旺角新開了這間白咖喱公司，吸引了我。平日成日大魚大肉，今次選擇比較健康的食物蟹粉豆腐窩配飯$72只需要加$13就可以留飯，轉為椰菜花飯，非常健康。另外可以加$10配龍蝦湯和加$8配上紫菜。龍蝦湯的味道不錯，非常濃郁的龍蝦湯味。而蟹粉豆腐非常入味，豆腐很香滑，配椰菜花飯，感覺個人很健康。白咖喱慢煮牛肉椰菜花粒粒 $65另外加$20配蒜蓉牛油雞翼非常欣賞這間餐廳可以將飯轉為椰菜花粒粒，適合平日大魚大肉的我們。蒜蓉牛油雞翼即要即整，熱騰騰的，非常香脆。#白咖喱公司 #椰菜花粒粒 #旺角美食

龍蝦湯的味道不錯，非常濃郁的龍蝦湯味。
