機緣巧合下搭飛機睇到有線既小店大廚節目介紹一返到香港第一個weekend即刻黎試下店入面既環境好外國小店feel我幾喜歡但老公就嫌呢度唔夠冷氣呢度標榜全有機食材感覺幾健康要讚既係呢度既水加左檸檬青瓜同羅勒飲落有種好清新既感覺我返屋企都會咁整我地兩個人叫左4樣野首先係Black Truffle & Chia Bacon Poached Egg其實係橄欖油浸溫泉蛋上面再加黑松露菌醬同煙肉碎絕對可以自家製無咩特別之後係Scallops & Quinoa Ceviche呢個同我想像好唔同個帶子刺身配墨西哥脆片食效果出奇地夾Ok既~ d帶子都幾鮮甜下一味係Black Truffle Prawn & Crab呢味係一隻大蝦上面鋪左蟹肉碎個蟹肉碎撈果個sauce味道麻麻隻蝦幾好甜,仲有蝦膏整體我覺得如果個蟹肉係撈avocado會好味好多最後就係招牌菜48Hours ribs個牛用低溫煮足兩日好淋好Juicy呢d係Slow Cook既威力但要彈既係個sauce唔係好夾但整體呢碟係好味的!Conclusion係未必有下次因為野食無咩特別我自己都整到而且會整得好味d(因為喜歡Slow Cook所以剛買左個

呢度標榜全有機食材
感覺幾健康

要讚既係呢度既水
加左檸檬青瓜同羅勒
飲落有種好清新既感覺
我返屋企都會咁整

我地兩個人叫左4樣野

首先係Black Truffle & Chia Bacon Poached Egg
其實係橄欖油浸溫泉蛋
上面再加黑松露菌醬同煙肉碎
絕對可以自家製
無咩特別

唔係好夾
但整體呢碟係好味的!

Conclusion係未必有下次
因為野食無咩特別
我自己都整到而且會整得好味d

(因為喜歡Slow Cook
所以剛買左個Slow Cooker
過兩日送貨
有信心我可以整得比呢度更好味)
