After a fun yet exhausting day in Disneyland, my friend and I decided to have dinner nearby Tung Chung. We searched through OpenRice and picked Cabana Breeze. The restaurant is located in TBay next to Sheraton hotel. We took shuttle in Tung Chung MTR station. There are outdoor seating in the restaurant but this time we choose the indoor one. We ordered Salmon Tartar, Pappardelle and Cozze Alla. My favorite dish is the Pappardelle. It's a pasta with porcini and Forrest mushroom mixed with truffle
We ordered Salmon Tartar, Pappardelle and Cozze Alla. My favorite dish is the Pappardelle. It's a pasta with porcini and Forrest mushroom mixed with truffle cream sauce. Salmon Tartar is fresh and appetizing too. Cozze Alla are mussels with spicy tomatoes sauce. The savoury mussels tasted nice with the spicy sauce.
Overall the service and taste of the restaurant are above average. The price is a little bit expensive but acceptable.
去完迪士尼之後成身都散晒，所以決定同朋友就近係東涌食啲野，隨意search左呢間環境睇上去唔錯嘅Cabana Breeze。餐廳位於Sheraton 酒店內嘅T Bay, 可以係東涌站搭Shuttle前往。餐廳有唔少戶外位置，夜晚涼涼地坐係戶外吹下風都幾chill.

將三文魚蓉混合洋蔥、辣根等配料作調味，上面加左sour cream, 食個combination 食落幾fresh.
✨Pappardelle($168)
味道非常唔錯嘅一道Pasta, 意粉方面用左闊條麵，炒得較為硬身有咬口，醬汁以牛肝菌同黑松露醬制成，香味十足。
✨Cozze Alla($188)
味道辛辣嘅蕃茄湯同青口嘅配搭既惹味又鮮甜，份量都幾多。
整體而言餐廳嘅環境同菜式嘅味道都唔錯，價錢就略貴，都可以一試。
