好耐冇食過日本菜,上星期book咗銅鑼灣的鮨金和食料理食廚師發板菜鮨金和食料理,位置喺銅鑼灣開平道1號CUBUS,12/F呢度裝修都幾高貴,空間寬躺,枱與枱之間都有足夠空間,客人可以選擇睇住廚師做菜的廚師吧枱,也可以選擇望住街外夜景落地玻璃窗既風景位今晚我哋各點左一set廚師發板菜share一齊食!一個係16道菜嘅綺羅星,另一個係20道菜的水月!我今次主力介紹20道菜的水月!前菜有3道菜式,擺到好靚送到檯上!有醬油味十足,食落好似鮑魚咁爽口鮮甜既黑梅背,之後有慢月子白飯魚,入面嘅青椒將白飯魚嘅腥味徹底去除,剩下的只有白飯魚的鮮甜香味!最後一道前菜是厝麵豉醬海老,隻鮮蝦大大隻,香甜爽口既鮮蝦,配上同樣爽口的露荀兩者非常配合!跟住有用毛蟹肉做既蟹肉蒸蛋,香滑清甜既蒸蛋,配上鮮味十足既毛蟹肉,味道令人回味!跟住出場帶白裡透紅的金鯛配上紫蘇花紫蘇葉食得多,紫蘇花先第一次見,配上金鯛刺身更是從未試過!估唔到紫蘇花的花香,讓金鯛刺身多了一份清新的花香,味道有點我將胡椒,但有沒有胡椒來得強烈,味道和刺身恰到好處!下一道菜也是我三款菜式放在一起邊度台上的,有來自岩手縣的赤崎蠔,有飛魚肉配上薑心和鮮甜啖

跟住有深海池魚,鰹魚蔥芽,中拖羅魚子醬組成的刺身
肥美鮮甜的中拖羅,配上帶點鹹香的魚子醬,令拖羅魚的鮮味更加突出,不用點醬汁味道也十分香濃!
鰹魚蔥芽的嫩蔥,令鰹魚不帶一點腥味,留下的都是濃郁的魚香鮮味!

最後出場就是桃味雪芭!冰凍的雪芭放入口中立即溶化,滿口都是桃味果汁的味道!為呢一餐劃上完美的句號!
