今日忽然想食crêpe,所以就拉埋個同事放工一齊去灣仔食好西,並選址La Crêperie。餐廳位於一樓,環境寧靜並且以航海作主題,給人豁然開朗嘅感覺。首先頭盤揀咗Blinis,呢款Blini其實喺俄羅斯好受歡迎,圓形薄餅稍稍煎香後,再放上不同配料,而呢度就用上mascarpone芝士同煙三文魚呢個配搭,雖然食材熟悉,但配搭新穎,予人耳目一新嘅感覺。Kerne Craft Cider (dry and fruity)呢個啤酒一出場就已經覺得好特別,因為佢係用碗盛載嘅酒,金色既酒體見到已經令人賞心悅目。入口後有微微嘅麥香,又帶有水果氣息,再夾著一點點酵母感同苦味,但滑入喉間又有香氣餘韻,口感相當豐富。主菜方面,我哋揀咗Scallops Pasta (creamy white wine sauce),帶子大而厚身,兩邊煎香而入面生熟度適中,非常鮮味,忌廉汁帶有微微酒香,再加入煙肉同菌類作配菜,口感味道一流。另外一道主菜當然要選擇鹹點Galettes,揀咗Les Pierres Noires,餡料以Smoked Ham作主調,再配上芝士、蕃茄、雞蛋同沙律菜。鹹味嘅食材配搭沾上蛋汁嘅可麗餅一齊
