疫情影響下,復活節同五一黃金周都無得外遊。所以呢排都係食外國菜,今日去開東涌行吓呼吸新鮮空氣,去到下嶺皮村見到有間泰國餐廳,裝修簡樸,店員係泰國人,食物肯定正宗,一於去食。【椰青$38】呢幾日天氣炎熱,飲個椰青消暑就啱晒。椰青好大個,啖啖清涼新鮮椰青水,好舒心。【椰汁雞湯$80】酸中帶甜,材料除咗雞肉仲有菇、番茄。雞肉都幾多,足料。如果個湯再多啲椰香味就更加好。【香茅燒魚$188】好大條魚呀~魚肉鮮滑,塞咗香茅燒出嚟,啲魚肉多咗一份清香。想食濃味啲可以蕉泰式醬汁,酸酸辣辣又有另一番風味。【綠咖喱(豬)$80】啲豬肉又幾軟腍,同椰汁雞湯一樣咁足料。青咖喱辣度啱啱好,夠惹味,啲泰國風味出晒嚟。用鬆軟可口嘅【蒜蓉包$28】蘸綠咖哩食,好味道。【蒜蓉胡椒蝦$80】蝦新鮮爽口,落咗好多熟蒜蓉,食起嚟好香口。最後就係去泰國必食嘅【芒果糯米飯$58】。芒果香甜juicy,糯米口感軟糯,份量多,食完好飽肚,好滿足。
