元朗形點頗多食肆,平日多數吃中餐,這晚改口味吃越南餐,預早訂位,準時去到入座。翻閱餐牌看到食物和飲品款色頗多,花多眼亂,幸好有套餐供應,二話不說便點了498元二人套餐,由於我們有3人,所以再加肉骨茶及牛尾煲。由於點了二人套餐,因此飲品有半價,我們分別點了熱情果梳打及越式清補涼,前者帶酸甜味頗開胃,後者有荔枝肉及涼粉條薏米等材料,感覺頗有特色。先來肉骨茶配油條,味道帶少許藥材味,做法頗地道。再來牛尾煲,牛尾跟紅蘿蔔一樣軟稔味美,略嫌牛尾太少。接著上炭燒豬頸肉沙律,帶少許酸甜味頗吸引;雜菌炒西蘭花則普通貨色,味道一般。越式咖哩肉鬆炒飯香氣撲鼻,飯裡夾雜鮮蝦肉,鮮甜味美。至於椒鹽大頭蝦當然是香味濃郁,蝦膏美味,蝦肉爽甜帶有彈性。最後是明爐香茅青檸桂花魚,湯汁甜味為主帶少許檸檬酸味,魚肉新鮮可口。甜品是椰青果凍加椰汁粟米糯米,令這頓飯增添充實滿足,縈繞著越南風情。
