To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

相信每一個住係西環嘅人都食過呢間源興隆麪家, －間專心做麪做左十幾廿年嘅老字號。由於唔係呢頭返工, 已經好耐無再食過呢間嘅麪｡今日再一次幫襯, 睇下味道仲係唔係同以前嘅－樣。今次, 我地叫左－碗雲吞牛腩河同－碗炸醬麪。雲吞牛腩河非常足料, 有三粒雲吞、三塊牛腩同兩塊牛筋。湯頭加左佢獨有嘅牛腩汁, 味道濃而不膩。河粉軟硬適中, 相當彈牙。牛腩、牛筋非常入味。其中, 最推薦大家食嘅係佢嘅鮮蝦雲吞, 皮薄餡靚, －試難忘。至於炸醬麪亦係我每次去必定會叫嘅。甜辣嘅炸醬配以幼麪, 相當開胃。而呢個麪有分碗裝(細)同碟裝(大), 大家可以視乎自己嘅食量選擇!整體黎講, 呢間麪店無論係味道定價錢，都keep到當年嘅質素。可以話係價廉物美, 香港人月尾嘅恩物~
