To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我很久沒有去大快活食早餐.在我記憶中去大快活食早餐的次數肯定是5次以下.自己今天懶惰.拿完免費報紙.懶得行.就去了眼前的大快活食早餐.環境:呢間大快活是樓上舖.一上電梯就見到收銀枱,買完食物一看環境坐無虛席.令我很驚訝.環境迫迫的.位與位之間條窄巷.肥些也過不到.只有半手位距離.什至有些位置面向厠所門口.洗碗地方門口更差.如果選最迫的大快活,呢間分店肯定榜上有名.服務:除了收銀姐姐態度親切外.其餘員工態度也一般.全部也黑口黑面.可能客人多.忙.人始終有血有肉.有情緒亦是難免的.值得一提樓面阿姐見我影相.本來想阻止我.但開不了口.只同我講了10聲hello.行為古怪.我標題充滿騷味.食家門肯定估我飲奶.或者食羊.哈哈.首先.我本來點.炒蛋,魚枊.多士咬一口才知給了豬扒...多士放了很久.入口硬度十足.凍冰冰的.豬扒同樣是硬度十足.肉質乾涸.毫無味道.炸粉厚厚,厚至皮肉嚴重分離.溫度同樣是冰冷的.連保溫也慳.炒蛋更恐怖,不單止沒有蛋汁.入口更有一股不明來歷的奶騷味.蛋味同滑度..當然無.火腿通粉:通粉入口呈粉狀狀.火腿絲亦少.湯底是微暖的忌廉湯.味道不過離譜.凍華田;華田味欠決,也只得恐怖

呢碟早餐,要30.5元.是貴的.換來的品質,是這樣.只慨嘆連鎖店只懂加價.其餘的.也不懂.
