難得出開北角,終於有機會食到傳聞中,由知名大廚戴龍監製既真正黯然銷魂飯,老實說當初的確有一種睇下你有幾巴閉既心態去食的,既然高調做得宣傳,相應客人既期望自然會更高吧第一次嚟食,當然就一定要叫返過黯然銷魂飯先有意思,叉燒係用上五花腩製作,肥瘦適中帶有焦香,味道卻近似臘味既製法,跟傳統叉燒是不同的風味,很難說那一種比較好味,但卻充滿驚喜同新鮮感,而且chop chop用上紅洋葱加醬油(估計還有料酒) ,再打碎成蓉既秘製醬汁非常有特色,好味到如果有得賣我一定會買一罐走,配上半熟煎蛋加青菜,再加一碗味道十足既老火例湯,傳說中既黯然銷魂飯套餐就完成了。除了招牌菜,一場嚟到更試左嗰油雞燒肉拼盤,水準頗高,油雞醬汁味香濃雞肉亦嫩滑,燒肉皮脆多肉汁,份量亦不少,而且薑蓉調味做得很好,醬汁其實係chop chop既最佳配角,不枉山長水遠走到入北角,無令我失望之餘仲比到不少驚喜我
