好耐都冇出過黎食好野,難得朋友介紹,今次就嚟到銅鑼灣試吓呢間係登龍街嘅Penthouse。今日人比較多,我哋冇book位本來都好擔心會唔會full曬。但好好彩有張埋邊嘅位,雖然就唔近落地玻璃,但自成一角私隱度幾高,唔錯啦!係我哋心大心細嘅時候,職員就為我地介紹左佢哋主打嘅二人套餐。我哋見每個course都幾多選擇又有睇落好吸引嘅甜品拼盤就決定嗌了~先上嘅係兩杯餐酒~red雖然寫係house wine但飲落非常順口唔會涸喉 幾意外(其實配個牛先係重點)champagne果味唔太重偏酸 用黎開胃就啱啱好估唔到餐湯同包都各有各驚喜麵包嘅醬汁酸酸地非常開胃 食到我地都有啲唔夠喉至於餐湯就當然係面頭嘅鮮刨黑松露啦 配埋非常濃厚嘅蘑菇湯鮮味出晒嚟前菜我哋嗌左caesar salad同crab cake ,我哋一致認為第二樣比較值得推介!因為佢成舊都係用蟹肉整成冇溝到其他料,食落去淡淡都係滿足感,配埋兩款一甜嘅酸嘅醬汁就啱晒啦而今次嘅重點推介就係主菜肉眼扒啦喺相度都睇到佢肉質非常厚實,我哋叫咗medium rare雖然有些微overcooked但都無阻佢嘅鮮味爆出黎佢另外亦配有特製燒汁同埋芥辣俾我哋

前菜我哋嗌左caesar salad同crab cake ,我哋一致認為第二樣比較值得推介!因為佢成舊都係用蟹肉整成冇溝到其他料,食落去淡淡都係滿足感,配埋兩款一甜嘅酸嘅醬汁就啱晒啦

最後就係甜品拼盤佢好細心咁將每樣甜品都分好兩人分方便我哋share同影相咁多樣入邊我最鍾意就係個芒果布甸佢嘅芒果味一啲都唔假 亦好滑溜 抵讚
