夜晚去到灣仔利東街, 諗住隨便搵D 野醫下肚望下餐牌, 就比入面飄出黎O既胡麻油味吸引左入去...原來係好多分店O既專門店 - 金子半之助, 佢地用日本特製高級胡麻油黎炸天婦羅, 唔怪得知特別香.睇落去好吸引..一於就嗌哩個等左一陣, 個SET 終於黎, 由於係即炸O既關係, 唔可以EXPECT 佢兩秒就上到個SET 有湯有漬物有飯, 我再EXTRA 嗌多個炸溫泉蛋個漬物有D 柚子係上面, 幾有趣ZOOM 近D 睇, 個天婦羅大大塊, 頭先講過佢用胡麻油炸, 所以色澤會較深, 而且佢個STYLE 係炸完再淋天丼醬汁,目的是要件件天婦羅上到汁。雖然天婦羅並不像一般天婦羅脆口,但咁樣反而更加有味道, 可能會冇咁熱氣TIM。個MENU 寫話用古早秘傳醬汁,更能重現江戶時代風味。跟返個MENU介紹,食到一半,要將隻蛋破開,然而用蛋汁再撈飯同埋天婦羅。。。又真係又香又滑喎。。同就咁食好唔同, 好彩我嗌左EXTRA 多隻蛋, 更多蛋汁, 更豐富!炸元貝外脆內軟, 入面除左有醬汁味, 仲有淡淡鮮味, 是好食的車海老,,原來係炸蝦巨大版, 比一般SIZE 大一半。 巨大蝦, 梗係有巨大O既滿足哩塊係小
