To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨天2021年5月13日星期四下午2時許,我到荷里活聯盛宴酒樓飲下午茶。當時我點了煎釀虎皮尖椒、煎腸粉和蝦醬蒸鮮鱿三款點心。很快煎釀虎皮尖椒就送到,起初我食到魚肉有腥臭味,後來我還發覺魚肉未熟,於是我找到一位經常負責埋數的女服務員,向她說出魚肉未熟。很奇怪她看也沒看多一眼,就直接對我說,該款點心肯定是熟的,因為煎釀虎皮尖椒是先蒸熟後才煎的。我懷疑釀虎皮尖椒先蒸就一定蒸得熟嗎?這款點心又是否由她親自製作呢!這時變成我一言她一語,她堅持想我相信她,食了也沒問題,最後我只能說點心錢我照付,我請她吃,她才不再作一聲,將點心拿去給另一位,穿西裝的男經理看。唉!真是一間不理顧客健康生命和擁有一位只會找理由,服務勁差員工的酒樓。
